FF&E Service

Edushift can offer support and guidance to help you create your agile classroom. From sourcing the correct products to a full FF&E legacy survey – which will save you time and money.

FF&E Legacy Survey

We offer a complete FF&E auditing survey to assess and determine the life line of your current FF&E and identify where you can save time and money.

Project Management

Edushift will take control of your project, managing the removal of any FF&E and the installation of new equipment. We aim to keep you fully up to date with the project as it progresses, saving you time and stress throughout the delivery process.

Design integration

Following your FF&E survey, Edushift will use the information gathered to design a classroom using the furniture that can be repurposed and suggesting additional solution options. This will be presented to you using 3D drawings, helping you to visualise the new space and demonstrate where costs can be saved.

Carbon footprint reduction

We are passionate about the environment and making sustainability our focus. This includes repurposing or reusing your current FF&E where possible. Where new solutions are needed, we believe that quality and sustainability go hand in hand, and we are dedicated to delivering products that not only meet your needs but also contribute to a healthier planet for generations to come.

Cost Savings

Our legacy surveys will identify areas where you can save money and add value to the procurement process. By repurposing existing FF&E you can create dynamic and flexible classrooms at a reduced cost.

FF&E Legacy Survey

Ensuring you get the most out of your FF&E is our mission. We select and provide only the highest quality products to ensure longevity. Additionally we offer a complete FF&E auditing survey service to assess and determine the life line of your current FF&E and identify where you can save time and money.

We produce accurate reports with minimal time and disruption on site. These surveys provide you with a reliable assessment of what FF&E can be repurposed and its life expectancy, helping you to make informed decisions. The legacy surveys also highlight the cost savings achieved by reusing suitable FF&E and the reduction in CO2 emissions resulting from repurposing FF&E.

Design Integration

When designing a classroom, there are important factors to consider to create a space that is conducive to learning, inclusive of all learning needs and flexible to adapt to the days lessons.

Designing with intent, so that the classroom space is flexible and adaptable to accommodate different teaching styles and activities is imperative. This might involve incorporating different types of furniture, such as desks, tables, comfortable seating areas that encourage learning through movement. Additionally, lighting and temperature should be carefully considered, as these factors can affect student focus and attention.

Other design elements to consider include acoustics, technology integration, and accessibility for students with disabilities.

Edushift co-ordinates with all project sub-contractors to ensure that the FF&E co-ordinates with the other services seamlessly.

By taking a holistic approach to classroom design and considering the needs of both teachers and students, you can create a learning environment that is engaging, supportive, and encourages learners to reach their potential.
